Dancing on the Edge: Challenging Power with Movement

How is contemporary Czech and Slovak dance developing and where is it heading? Is it still perceived only as an aesthetic discipline or is dance today (again) engaged, direct, raw and “eloquent”? What role can dance play in the politics of individual countries? Does dance have power and if so, how does it perform it? And where does dance and censorship stand?
