One Gesture (premiere)

From Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, a favorite movie, or an evening dream—straight onto the stage! Young dancers David, Natalie, and Emma (TEMPORARY YOUNG) from the theatre-dance group Temporary Collective create a living stream of movement drawn from the digital world, social media, and personal dreams. Inspired by the gesture of the thumb and the motto “steal like an artist,” they pull the reality of the present moment onto the scene—here, the body scrolls before the mind does!

TEMPORARY YOUNG gives young authors the opportunity to create free from the time pressure. Here, performance is not a climax but one of many gestures. One Gesture unfolds as a remix, a living collage and it will premiere on February 27, 2026.
