Rock Paper Scissors

Wariot Ideal

28. 2. / 18.00 / Alfred ve dvoře

Czech / 65 min.

How does it all work? A team of experts from Wariot Ideal examines how the weather, gramophone, business or health work, and whether a trumpet and a diesel engine, or moss and pliers may have something in common. They search for answers to the questions of how long good and evil have been around, what is the point of chaos and order, where we will be when we are no longer here, or what it is actually like to be an adult and whether it is not essentially better to be a child. But is it really that important to know all the answers? Perhaps the question itself is the answer. Being curious is good.

In a new production intended for parents with children, Wariot Ideal loosely follows up on its previous, popular and playfully educational production “Prisoners of the Universe.” They will try to shed light on some questions that, when they themselves were children, they did not receive answers to from their parents. At the same time, they want to share the feelings of adults who have managed to stay playful and capable of viewing the world through a child’s lens. With humour and using hyperbole, Wariot Ideal will discuss many important things that surround us, influence us, and shape our society.
